Bring your own yoga mat and winter gear and start the day off centered with Life Coach + Yoga Teacher Kacey Kingry from The Cave MN. Invigorating Flow: In this guided 60-minute all-levels class, you will receive expert-level guidance, inspiration, and instruction as you kick off this year’s Wayzata Chilly Open. This intermediate flow class will include sun salutations, optional vinyasas, strength, cardio, and dynamic breathwork to awaken your body, heart, and mind in a whole new way. There will be modifications and variations offered to cultivate success and enjoyment for all who attend.
