Wood Rd Construction is a high-end kitchen and bathroom remodeling company. This position is for a Residential Remodel Plumber to install new plumbing for our kitchen and bath installations. Some service repair plumbing is required. An ideal candidate will possess a good work ethic, stay on task, follow directions, want to strive for perfection and be able to work through problems as they arise. Requirements: Ability to communicate with owners, other employees, subcontractors, homeowners in a professional manner. Understand, meet and exceed deadline expectations. Journeyman level plumber with 4 years experience Must be able to be organized, work independently and be self motivated, with problem solving skills Must own hand and battery operated tools, or be able to purchase them immediately Must have knowledge of new construction, remodel, repair, and drain cleaning Must have the ability to do demo work, and be able to remove/haul trash from job sites and cleanup work areas daily. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Company will provide the following: Full time, W2 position Company vehicle; must have an insurable MVR Drain equipment provided Benefits, including sick leave, paid vacation, paid holidays, and a Simple IRA with 3% company match Bonus Opportunities, and the opportunity to learn other trades Weekly pay, Direct Deposits Every Friday Owner is a Master Plumber; you will have the ability to accrue hours towards licenses Wood Rd Construction does not work weekends, holidays or provide on-call services.
