As a Warehouse Associate - Tint Specialist, you will work with acrylic based materials and color match for customers as well as providing warehouse support. Specific duties may include: •Utilizing a computer-operated machine for dispensing various pigments •Effectively meeting customers color matching needs •Following all applicable safety rules and procedures •Providing color samples for customers •Spread samples of material using a plaster trowel •Operate a forklift safely and efficiently •Maintaining all products in a quality and marketable condition •Working independently and efficiently •Color matching materials by sight Specific qualifications include: •Minimum 1 year of mixing paints, color matching, and/or EIFS •Ability to be trained and licensed/certified by ABC Supply to operate forklift equipment •Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs consistently •Previous work in a warehouse environment is preferred •Ability to interact and serve customers •Bilingual in Spanish/English is strongly preferred Benefits may include: •Health, dental, and vision coverage •Employer paid life insurance •401(k) with generous company match •Flex spending •Paid time off •Paid holidays Pay Range Information: Starting at $18/hr.
