At PeakMade, our Housekeepers are responsible for ensuring resident satisfaction by maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our community's common areas and leasing office. What you'll Do: Maintain cleanliness of the leasing office, amenity areas, laundry facilities and other common areas as scheduled by the Property Manager. Keep accurate record of inventory, supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or Peak. Provide courteous and efficient response to resident needs and management requests. Adhere to OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Act) standards and company safety policies.
