Event service company is looking for 2~3 audiovisual technicians to help out with an event at Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor on Jan 27th and Jan 31st. The ideal candidates should have past working experience in audiovisual services to assist a small team with setup and take down. The individual must be on time, hard working, ability to follow instructions, strong problem solving skills and be able to communicate in English. Tasks to perform: On Jan 27 9AM, you need to arrive at the venue on time. Help with unloading of equipments from truck. Setting up speakers, cameras and multiple large LED video walls; testing of equipments, working with client to ensure all requirements are satisfied. Estimate 12+ working hours. On Jan 31st 3PM, help to take down the entire setup and to load up the truck. Estimate 8+ working hours. We may need additional service hours during the event if we see you fit, but not guaranteed All equipments are provided by event company. We only need your time, skills and services.
