Description
We are looking for a PT Maintenance & Security person for our Self-Storage Units. This is a 1099 position that will work an average of 1 hour a week at $50.00 per hour. Job Duties:
Problem-solve basic mechanical issuesCutting locks, replacing door latchesClean out un-paid unitsKeep area clean of trashLight local maintenance, as in painting or patching of wallsReport local issues to managementNotify local company for snow removal if neededCheck-ins for the security of the facilityBe local contact for emergencies* This is a Contractor/1099 role
