Seeking roommates for home share

Hi, I'm looking to find a few other like minded persons for a home share situation with a year to year lease. Preferably professional people or students. Doesn't really matter to me as long as you are employed and chill. I'm downsizing and going back to school for a few months. I'd like to find 3-5 like minded persons able to pull 500 rent 600 with expenses so that we can rent a decent sized home where everyone can be comfortable. Looking to move in April or May so we have time to find a good situation.
