New Leaf Construction is a fast growing local business Established in 2014. Licensed General Contractor (A), Master Electrician, Master Plumber, Builder, Septic Installer, and Excavator. We serve all of greater Kansas City, however, currently most work is located just east of Lee's Summit, Missouri. We do framing, electrical, and plumbing in house. We are hiring experienced tradesmen in framing, electrical, plumbing, as well as highly motivated, inexperienced individuals who are looking for an opportunity to start a career in construction. All construction experience is valued. Come join our tight knit team. - Competitive pay according to construction experience - 3 month probation period - After 1 year employment, PTO starting at 2 weeks/year - Annual performance based pay and PTO increase - W-2 - Must have your own transportation - Prefer employees have their own tools, but is negotiable - Generally 40 hour, full-time work week (some projects are weather permitting, some overtime needed according to project deadlines) We are also hiring for a Construction Superintendent position.
