We are cleaning company that is servicing major Sarasota account. We are looking for experienced cleaner, or could be a couple, people with previous commercial cleaning experience, non-associated with any franchises, for a medical office building. We have all the equipment needed for cleaning in the account, no need of bringing anything but the keys for the front door. Cleaning days are Monday- Friday after 5PM, (or instead of Friday - any of the two weekend days - Saturday or Sunday, at any time) Taking the trash from the offices, trash container is 20 yards in front of the door, in the middle of the parking lot, well lit at night. trash is mostly paper. Vacuuming and dusting, mopping and taking care of the toilets. Experienced cleaner will hardly spend 3 hours there, this is how long it takes our current cleaner to do the whole account. Our current cleaner have two sick children and skips cleaning often, she would like to leave so we are looking for another cleaner/crew for this account. Compensation is $1500 per month, paid $750 on 1st and 15th of every month, total of $1500 per month. We can ZELLE it directly to your bank account if you prefer this way of payment. Approved candidate/candidates can start on first of February 2023. We will pay all official Holidays per year. Please ask your questions or apply directly here to this ad.
