1y/o Bearded dragon with setup needs good home

Got a beardie last year. His UVB bulb almost set my house on fire and he needs a proper fluorescent tube setup that I can't and will not be able to afford. Couple these with constant harassment by cats and losing power constantly where we live leaving me regularly scrambling to keep him warm, and it's unfortunately clear he needs a better life somewhere else. Got him (never sexed, assumed male) from Petco in September of 2021. He is currently on black sand, which I am suggesting be swapped out as his feet tend to turn a little bit black between tub soaks. He is very friendly and super funny! Loves being pet on the head+under the chin, also loves being held, but tends to try to run around larger spaces when he gets a chance. when he can! He loves soaks and needs them regularly as he tends to get a little backed up sometimes. His setup includes: 40gal breeder with folded mesh top, 2 heat lamps with extra bulbs, XL heat pad with thermostat, stone water dish, food dish, his favorite hammock, reptile harnesses He will need: Fluorescent tube uvb/uva light, new decor and probably new substrate I've dumped roughly 700 into his setup alone and he was 100 when I got him, so I'm asking for a rehoming fee of $200 for the entire setup. I'll also ask you questions about beardies to make sure you're a fit household. They are a big responsibility, but this guy is more than worth it to the right person!
