This may be unusual, but I've decided to venture out of professional kitchens (which I've worked in for the last 12 years) to work as a personal/catering chef. I've worked for some great chefs like Jean Georges, Eric Bolyard, and currently celebrity chef Jordan Andino. As far as Cannabis goes, I've worked with it since I was 18. Coming from Flint, MI (we were one of the first states to have legal medical cannabis) I've worked for caregivers and bud farmers for a decade altogether. My background is fine dining and I feel the same about the cannabis I utilize in my foods. Shoot me an email and let's come up with something that works for us all.
