Landlord looking for a LICENSED property management company to take over two properties more or less right away. One is Section 8, so you will have to fill out paperwork with FWHA before taking it over. I am looking for a company like Home River, A&G, or Fenton Mechanical (all of which are too busy to take me on at the moment). If you are not a bona-fide, licensed property management company with at least some kind of a track record in keeping tenants happy, please do not waste your time or mine.
