As a Roofing Technician, you’ll assist Project Managers on the day of the build as well as help run repairs to make sure that our customers have the best experience working with us. Our Roofing Technician: Supervise crews for installations and larger repairs to ensure they are completed correctly; Work closely with Project Managers on all installation and repair work; Assist with warranty claims made by customers in CRM system by updating notes, managing schedule, etc.; Scheduling repair work by 3rd party contractors, as needed, and communicate with customers in a timely manner; Diagnose and make professional repairs on all roof types; Perform field inspections; Follow all safety rules and OSHA guidelines; Ensure quality of work is maintained and completed in a timely manner; Responsible for scheduling appointments with customers, and ensuring that necessary materials are accessible for repair; Responsible for meeting timed appointments and communicate with the quality team on daily; progress, materials needed, and documenting all work with photos, summaries and notes; Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
