We are currently accepting bids/quotes but are also open to paying an hourly wage for an experienced Painter/Drywall Repair Professional to help with apartment turnovers, common area touch-ups, and exterior touch-ups. The candidate must be well-versed in a variety of paint/drywall issues, from touch-up paint, full paints, and drywall sheet installation to smaller patches. Candidate should have essential tools and a vehicle suitable for the trade. Professionals/contractors who are deadline and detailed oriented with excellent communication skills are highly desired.
