Real estate agent seeking a reliable, licensed contractor for multiple fix and flip projects all over Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs. I represent cash investors and I specialize in selling them full gut properties in gentrifying neighborhoods. We own a couple at the moment and are in contract to close on a few others this month. We have plenty of cash to play with but no one reliable to do the work. We are looking to form a long term relationship with a GC that can handle multiple $100k+ rehabs at a time. We are also seeking a builder for ground up new construction. Must have a dedicated crew, be licensed, insured and able to provide references for past work.
