Housekeeping tasks include general housecleaning; food & supply ordering; pet care; laundry & ironing, occasional errands. No childcare services required, grown children in college. Caretaker responsibilities include various landscaping tasks; pool, car washing; outdoor entertainment areas cleaning and maintenance, garage organization, etc. Some driving is required, so valid Driver's License a must. Will provide car for work purposes.
Beautiful separate apartment over garage offered. Non-smokers only and in good health. Excellent references are required. Background check will be conducted.
