My husband, our daughter, and myself just moved in from the busy streets of New York. We have a great rental history combined and separately, we don’t smoke or do any drugs, my husband works and I have more than enough savings and other income to hold my family over. We have great rental and work referrals, and as for our daughter she is turning 2 in the next 4 months.
