ISO Double Stroller or Wagon

I recently took in my 2 year old niece to help my sister out of a bad situation and would like to be able to take her out with my daughter, who is one. To make it easier, I'd really like to find either a double child stroller or one of those wagons that seat two kids. If anyone has one of these for cheap, please let me know. It would mean a lot to us. Thanks.
