MUST BE INSURED!!! Compensation is negotiable. We are looking for a reliable subcontractor(s) to complete partial apartment renovations in Fort Worth and Plano. All material provided except tools. The work is expected to be completed in a timely matter, 3-4 man crews for each trade are a preferred. An ideal subcontractor for this project would possess the skill & know how to complete plumbing/electrical fixture replacement, appliance installation. There are exterior repairs as well including metal repairs, concrete replacement and retaining wall repair. Interior Work: - Replacement of ceiling fans and light fixtures in units. - Replacement of plumbing fixtures (toilet, faucets, etc.) - Punch work upon completion. Exterior Work: - Concrete replacement - Retaining wall repair - Siding/Trim replacement. - Metal railing repairs.
