Looking for a handyman who is very experienced with mobile homes. We have mobile homes in need of moderate repair and are looking to expand our list of mobile home experienced handymen. We are not looking for one time help, but to develop a WIN-WIN relationship for many future mobile home rehabs.
Requirements:
- Must have own tools, transportation and extensive mobile home experience.
- Must have a positive and proactive attitude.
Repairs to be fixed:
- Holes and soft spots in sub floor
- Moderate plumbing repairs under home and in master bathroom sink and shower.
- Leaks in ceiling
- Minor electrical
- Installing carpet and flooring
- Removing junk
- Paint
- Broken windows
- Mold removal
- Building a deck in front of the home
