Nancy Range Anderson founded her company Blackbird Learning Associates in 2008. It was at the height of the recession and companies were letting go of people at an alarming rate. As a downsizing statistic herself, Nancy decided to use her experience in Human Resources and Learning and Development to help the unemployed and underemployed within the state of New Jersey. Her company, named after the Beatles song Blackbird, offers job search coaching and training, resume writing and LinkedIn profile design. Nancy has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, finance and insurance industries. She has led training projects for many high-profile company initiatives and has trained thousands of domestic and international employees. Nancy is also the author of the book; Job Search for Mom has written job search related articles for numerous print and social media outlets. She is currently co-authoring on a new job search fundamentals book. Nancy retired in 2021 but she still volunteers with several schools and organizations, she continues to write resumes and provide job search help to many people.
