A combination of yin and restorative yoga
Yin yoga works deep into the connective tissues to activate change increase flexibility and helps to release physical and emotional tension. Restorative yoga requires us slow down and clam the mind When we relax the nervous system, we focus on our breath, & we become stronger mentally and physically. Poses are held 2-3 minutes and props can be used and modifications can be made if necessary.
This blended therapeutic flow is designed to bring balance to the body and the mind through holding poses and exploring what each pose has to offer you. This class is great for beginners, as well as seasoned yogis. Also expecting moms feel free to join! We got y'all covered!
*Please feel free to bring your mats, blocks and any other props.
