The pillar is supportive, nurturing and empowering sisterhood that women can lean on. Our themes will differ each meeting to allow us to explore and empower ourselves through deep transformative work in a intimate and sacred setting of love, gratitude and sisterhood engagement. Muva Cam will guide the flow of the energy of the circle through conscious self care, meditation practice, inner awareness work, discuss, share, synchronize and centering ourselves.
