Engage your inner culinarian as you select, slice and artfully arrange a colorful variety of farm-fresh winter veggies and regional offerings. Cold pickling is a quick, easy and delicious way to preserve and enhance vegetables, ready to nosh in just a few days, and full of bright, beautiful colors as well as all the vitamins and minerals those fresh veggies provide.
For this class, attendees can choose from Wild Heart Sipping Vinegar's Carrot Thai Basil Coriander, Asian Pear Ginger, or Mango Orange Chili Pepper varietals as the base for their pickling, with a host of spices (and recipes!) so each jar will be unique to its creator.
