Hello, now that we are a little over a week into the new year, people might be starting to slip on their resolutions, especially fitness. My name's Kevin Sheaffer and I'm the owner of The Home Fitt. An at home personal training service. I come to you with all the equipment necessary for your workout. Having a trainer helps keep accountability to your fitness goals and make sure you are safe in doing so. And since I come to you, it help cut down the time you need to commit to exercise.
