Back live at the American Mountaineering Center in Golden, Friends of CAIC and the CAIC are excited to bring you the 4th Annual Colorado Backcountry Avalanche Workshop (COBAW) sponsored by RAB, Colorado Mountain School, and Hestra, with complimentary beverages provided by Fat Tire and door prizes from Friends of CAIC partners. You can expect a speaker lineup (soon to be announced) that will cover avalanche safety topics aimed at more experienced users - this is not an awareness clinic, rather a session of talks covering topics that people who have taken a Level 1 course and want to continue their learning journey will find valuable. The session will also be live streamed - however interactions with the speakers will be limited to those who attend.
