Come join Paula Collins of Serene Wellness with Paula for a beautiful evening of sound immersion on Sunday evening at 6:00 pm, EST. During this beautiful sound immersion, we will work on opening up our heart center through the use of ceremony. Be prepared for: cacao ceremony, breath work, guided meditation, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, percussion, aromatherapy, and Reiki. Cacao ceremonies date back 3,000-5,000 years in Central America and the Amazon. The organic richness of the cacao plant allows us to connect more fully to the earth and source energy. It is quite grounding, and during this grounding experience, we can then more fully open our heart center, release what is not serving us, and then call in/back the energy of unconditional love. The sound bath portion of the evening allows our body, mind, and hearts to become fully immersed in beautiful vibrational energy that has the ability to heal our energetic bodies, release negative thought patterns, old stories, and limiting beliefs. Once we are fully open, we can call back unconditional love, compassion, and kindness, integrate it, and then feel more calm and peaceful. The aroma of beautiful essential oils will fill the air during the entire evening event. Lavender and Ylang Ylang will help us release the old and then begin to nurture our heart centers. Chamomile, Blue Tansy, and Frankincense will create tranquility, while Spruce will enable us to stay grounded. You will also experience Reiki, a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. Please bring a yoga mat, blankets, a pillow, a journal, and comfortable clothes.
