Womxn for Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (W.I.D.E.) are excited to present an evening of chamber music with Sugar Hill Salon, a music collective from Harlem that centers on black and brown woodwind artistry in classical music. Their mission is to showcase wind repertoire that lacks representation within "traditional" chamber programming while uplifting black and brown musicians performing them. With each performance, Sugar Hill Salon is decolonizing classical music for a more equitable future for black and brown communities. Space is limited! Advance tickets are strongly recommended. Doors open at 7:00pm Cash bar and snacks will be available.
