This yoga class will bring you through postures to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. This class will be led by Nicole Flynt, Not Your Average Yoga teacher, and will help you strengthen the body and the mind as you realize your spirit, impact, and self-worth. Classes will incorporate coping skills along with relaxation techniques.
