Join us as we welcome Josy from Wild Vine Floral for an afternoon of welcoming spring and crafting. Together we will learn how to create a unique dried floral spring wreath using a variety of dried flowers and other materials to take home or give as a gift! This is the perfect way to celebrate Galentines or Valentines Day! Materials provided for the workshop include: a handmade grapevine wreath, assortment of dried florals to make an asymmetrical wreath, dried assorted grasses, feathers, twine or wire, and natural plant-dyed ribbon. Known as 'everlastings', dried floral wreaths and arrangements can last for years if kept indoors. Our instructor, Josy from Wild Vine Floral, started creating & arranging with her garden flowers in 2005 when she was staying home with her young children and teaching her own small preschool program. Love of natural decor and sustainable homestead choices morphed into starting a small business focused on locally grown flowers that focus on seasonality, natural, chemical-free and biodegradable materials. Light refreshments provided by confituras little kitchen and BYOB. is encouraged! Tickets are not refundable but they are transferable.
