Our 'Go Red:My Fit Family' event focuses on heart health and serves as a means to increase access to healthcare, improve health literacy and promote a healthier lifestyle for the whole family! Join us on Saturday, February 25th, 2023 at Macedonia in Spartanburg. There will be physical activity and healthy eating sessions for children as well as health information sessions for adults. Regenesis Healthcare’s mobile health van will be there for preventative screenings. Various vendors from the Spartanburg community will be present, focusing everything from mental health to healthy meal options to exercising. Raffles for free exercise training sessions as well as food boxes will be available!! This event is for the WHOLE FAMILY! Get heart healthy and GO RED!!
