Do you like buying garlic or lemon olive oils, or flavored vinegars? Do you wonder what to do with all those extra herbs, peels or flowers? In this class, we will go over some simple, and super delicious oil and vinegar infusions. We will demonstrate 1-2 of an oil and a vinegar and then you will also make your own to take home and enjoy after a few weeks. We will take a quick tour of some of the herbs growing in the farm and talk about the culinary and medicinal uses for these herbs. We will also use some pre-made ones to make a tasty salad so you can enjoy the taste of them. This is a great way to make some homemade gifts using things from your garden, or farm items. You will be taking home your very own infused olive oil and infused vinegar. This class is taught by Chamila Edussuriya.
