Chukar Chasers Foundation - 7th Annual Dinner EventThe Chukar Chasers Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is hosting its annual dinner event on Saturday, April 1, 2023--first Saturday of April. WHERE: The Depot Craft Brewery Distillery -- Enter through the Main Building (no longer from the south Warehouse bay door) WHEN: Saturday, April 1, 2023 (first Saturday of April) TIME: Check-in at Main Building around 4ish, with no-host bar. The doors through the west Warehouse will open at 5p.m., with dinner at 6p.m., and prizes throughout the event! WHO: Anyone and everyone who enjoys the outdoors, the uplands, chasin' chukar, and supporters of youth hunting and wildlife conservation. This is a family-friendly event so youth are welcome, but ALL ATTENDEES MUST PURCHASE A TICKET. COST: $75 per ticket (all attendees, including any youth must have a ticket for the event) With your support, proceeds from this event will stay in Nevada and continue to support youth outdoor education and wildlife conservation. With our nonprofit status, a portion of your contribution may be tax deductible. *Refunds: ALL ticket sales are final and nonrefundable* **Reserved Seating: CCF will ONLY reserve seats for individual ticket purchasers of ten (10) or more, and you MUST reach out to CCF (via email [email protected]) at least ten (10) days prior to the event to insure your reserved seats** ***Health and Safety Acknowledgement: While participating in events held or sponsored by the Chukar Chasers Foundation (CCF) participants and/or volunteers are encouraged to practice hand hygiene (for example, please wash your damn hands with soap and water and/or an alcohol-based hand sanitizer after blowing your nose, coughing, sneezing, etc.) and do not attend if you are feeling ill. Since CCF cannot guarantee that its participants, volunteers, members, partners, and/or others in attendance will not become infected with an illness, such as the common cold, influenzas and/or infectious diseases, we encourage you not to attend if you are experiencing any of the following: congestion, fever, cough, and/or shortness of breath among others. By purchasing a ticket(s), you knowingly assume the risk of injury, harm, and loss associated with CCF’s event(s) and release CCF of any liability, forever discharging any and all liability, claims, and demands against CCF, including the property or site owner of the event(s), to the fullest extent permissible by law.***
