Rose Atlantic is a family owned private equity trust company that is acquiring a commercial contracting company in Central Arkansas. We are looking to build a team we can be really proud of. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced tradesman with SOLID sales skills and the work ethic to work a system OR An ideal opportunity for an up and coming construction entrepreneur looking to grow their business knowledge, earn good money, and learn different sides of real estate investing. This is a PART TIME position with the opportunity for full time, bonuses and profit share. Must have EXCELLENT in-person skills, a pleasant disposition, and a willingness to learn and earn. The General Manager will manage the launch and acquisition of our operations in Arkansas. We will be serving our own portfolio of properties and building new revenue streams in the community. We are a balance sheet and P&L managed company with bonuses tied to performance, business development and the timely management of project completion. Exceptionally motivated leaders with integrity and honor can earn a great living while we build together. This is a 1099 position to start, and our family is open to benefits, full time, housing assistance, and vehicle assistance. We are NOT in a rush to hire anyone and I will be personally taking my time getting to know candidates to make sure we have a good fit. We expect 15-20 hours per week; mostly just filling the development funnel, bidding on projects, following up with leads and coordinating project execution with subcontractors. You must be business savvy and understand contracts. As the acquisition is completed, there will be an opportunity to move into a full time position and possibly an ownership stake. It just depends on how smart you are and how hard you work. We will not tolerate victim mentality or excuses.
