need help moving furniture within my house

I am basically exchanging one bedroom for another and need physical assistance. Two people would be good as I have a lot of stuff and also 3 pieces that are heavy. I will guarantee a 4-hour minimum (meaning if the job only takes 3 hours with 2 people, I will pay each for 4 hours), but it might take as many as 6 hours. All of the moving is on a single floor and within the house. I am an individual - this is not a company thing. Applicants must be alcohol- and drug-free and in good physical shape. I need this done within the next week or so, but am flexible which day.
