Help! I think my dad has Delirium-Who the F does one see?

My elderly father very recently and suddenly has been having waking hallucinations that he describes in great detail once he’s awake. His sleep habits have been erratic and he’s been wandering outside his room based on these hallucination/dreams at odd hours of the morning. Who and the hell do you see for something like this? I don’t think his normal internal medicine doc would be of much help, but I’m greatly concerned for his safety as there’s a fire escape right by his door. Would greatly appreciate any advice on who to see.
