Long term foster for cute tuxedo cat

I have a tuxedo cat named Skippy. I'm going to be out of the country for at least 12 months and am ideally looking for a long term foster situation in which I will provide financial support for Skippy's needs. I've exhausted my personal network looking for something, to no avail. I leave in 1 week and need to find something this week. I would prefer not to give him up, but time is running out for me. Will consider a rehoming for a good person/home that's interested. Skippy is a docile, nice though shy cat. Not declawed though he will not fight with you to clip him. He's neutered. He's hasn't ruined any furniture. I have a cat tower for him, as well as an auto-scoop litter box. He's easy to live with. Please let me know if you or anyone else could be open to taking him in.
