Air Filter Service Technician - Start ASAP -Great Pay & Benefits (Denver) Commercial Service Technician to fulfill the delivery, install and removal of air filters for commercial and industrial HVAC equipment. The Air Filter Service Technician administers external work for the company for a variety of customers. Much of our work is conducted on the roof tops of buildings throughout Denver area. The replacement of expired air filters is vital to the overall upkeep of HVAC equipment and promoting good indoor air quality. We are looking for an individual who is self motivated, has a strong work ethic and enjoys the small business environment. BENEFITS: - Medical, Dental and Life Insurance - Paid Holidays - Paid Vacation - 401(k) Required Skills: • Must have an interest in promoting proper equipment maintenance and the well being structures and their inhabitants. • Must be Mechanically Inclined. • Ability to complete work in a timely, effective and efficient manner. • Must have a strong work ethic. • Must be comfortable with heights and ladders. • Must have a positive, solution oriented mentality • Self starter with ability to work independently and responsibly • Ability to take direction and work with a purpose • Must be eager to learn • Must be a good listener with the ability to probe for information. • Must be respectful • Must provide exceptional internal and external customer service • Must have a driver’s license in good standing. • Labor experience a plus • HVAC experience a plus • Construction experience a plus • Warehouse experience a plus Job Duties: • The Air Filter Service Technician delivers large orders of air filters throughout the Denver metro area. • The Air Filter Service Technician provides filter services to HVAC equipment, including the exchange of dirty filters for new clean filters. • The Air Filter Service Technician conducts filter surveys including taking measurements, making equipment evaluations and providing best practice recommendations. • The Air Filter Service Technician takes detailed notes on work and communicates with the business to provide reliable and accurate customer records. • Assists with the pulling and stocking of filters in the company’s warehouse. • Provides preventative maintenance to equipment. • Conducts start ups and shut downs on evaporative cooling equipment. • Provides maintenance work to facilities dependent on the seasons. • Maintains a clean and safe work environment at all times. • Drives company trucks and vans in a safe manner and provides upkeep to these vehicles. • Coordinates routes and work in an efficient manner based on location. • Coordinates with the company warehouse manager and other personnel to provide product in a timely manner.
