Seeking Lead Guitarist for Working Cover Band

WANTED: Dynamic male or female lead guitarist for an established Cincinnati area-based party dance band to perform Pop, Rock, Hip Hop, Rap, Country and R&B. This is a four-member band with a female lead singer that incorporates costumes, props and some dancing into a high energy show, and all songs are carefully selected to promote dancing with a fun party atmosphere. MUST HAVE: ability to have fun on stage and entertain an audience with a professional attitude and youthful appearance. MUST BE: able to cover all guitar parts, some backing vocals, use inner ear monitors with backtracking and have a flexible schedule to perform 3-4 or more times a month mostly weekends. Talent and skill to play your instrument is a given but you must be able to entertain as well and this is not for everyone so, serious inquiries only.
