We are seeking -One highly skilled painter $25-30 -One painter in training $15-25. We service high end homes, interior only, so we work year round. We need one person with a general knowledge of painting procedures(we do have our way of doing things) who can cut without tape, paint trim and doors, and keep a clean workspace. Your pay will be based off of your skills and weather you can be accurate, as well as productive. M-F, weekends off. Full or part time. Also willing to take on a person with some skill level and train them in to what our customers expect from us. Either position will require a 2 week paid training probationary period where we can get to know each other and figure out how best to help one another. Must be trustworthy as we will be in peoples homes, often when they are not. You will be expected to be presentable every day as you are a representation of our overall product. Good communication skills are a must. We handle all decisions, bidding, communication with the customer and provide paint. Need transportation and your own brushes and a few supplies.
