My daughters dog has become too much for us to manage with my work being so busy and him being such a big boy now my daughter didnt follow any proper directions training him. I taught him to sit laydown stay and give a paw as a pup and she taught him to jump up with the standard sit hand comand so now he likes to jump up for hugs(can tap your shoulder now) and have his head rubbed if he trusts you. He does have some tendencies to defend resources guard doorways and gates and be overly protective of other dogs. He is not fixed this may FIX all his issues but I cant do it but you can do whatever works for you. Would like to see him go to someone that is a dog trainer by trade with a big fenced in yard that will work with him to overcome his issues. He can be treat motivated for sure but needs consistency which my schedule doesnt allow. Should go to a home with no kids and no other dogs. Hes HUGE. He is also totally fine and great with cats but still think being an only pet would be best for him
