Park Slope, Brooklyn based real estate management company seeking a part time superintendent. Hours: 8:00am-12:00pm Monday-Friday Responsible for standard superintendent duties which include: light electrical, plumbing, basic carpentry, drywall, paint, cleaning exterior and interior of buildings, snow removal Must have own tools.
