Bearded Dragon and setup

I have a 1.5 year old male citrus bearded dragon. He is very sweet and loves to be handled. He looks very dark in the pics because he is stressed. My cat has become obsessed and wants to eat him so I must re-home. He is normally yellow with orange. He has a 40 gallon reptile tank with 2 lids one is screen one is metal mesh. He has 2 light hoods one is for the ceramic heat and basking bulb. The other is for his UVA and UVB tube that has a new bulb in it. He has food and water dishes and tank decorations/basking areas. Temp gage and vines. I have a full roll of tank lining paper. 2 jars of food one is Repashy other is pellets. He also has a 10 gallon tank with a metal screen lid with a dubia colony in it.
