Looking for terrazzo restoration for home

I’m looking for someone who knows how to restore terrazzo flooring. I have a small 1962 home (900 sq ft) with terrazzo flooring in pretty poor shape. I need someone to use a floor sander w diamond grit etc.The catch is that I currently live in home and have furnishings so we’d have to work around that. The job would have to be done in 3 stages: one area at a time, so I can move stuff. It’s only about 900 sq ft.
