Parish Physical Therapy on Cheney Highway in Titusville has 11 low impact and high impact classes a week (Monday through Saturday) at $5 a class, BUT $15 a WEEK for up to ALL 11 classes! They have a variety of classes from Yoga to Zumba! Looking for someone to go with. I'm a 60 year old disabled woman with a bad back, but can workout in water with no issues, so almost anyone can do it!
