Have you been wanting to get started but do not know where to start?  Joel Kadlec and Justin Foster are the owners of Fixed Properties, a Tulsa firm specializing in wholesaling.    Joel and Justin will cover the basics of wholesaling, what you need to know, and what to look out for.   This will be a great session to reach your goals in 2021 and you do not want to miss it!  Joel Bio- Joel has been active in the Tulsa real estate market for over 5 years. He has experience in flipping, wholesaling, buy and holds, and other creative real estate approaches. We’re a family-owned business and focus on helping Tulsa homeowners like find solutions to their selling needs whether they're going through a foreclosure, having trouble selling a property, or just need to sell a house without the costs and hassles of listing. We strive to provide win-win solutions to help homeowners get out of their sticky situations such as foreclosure, repairs, probate, lost job and more. We are a family of four and moved to Tulsa from Castle Rock, Colorado in 2015. We love the mountains and enjoy going back to see friends, family, and the Rocky Mountains, when we find the time to get away. We love living in Tulsa and we are proud to call this our home. Justin Bio- Justin lives with his wife Mandy and 3 young kids on their family farm just outside of Broken Arrow. He's in business to do good business and give folks more and better options. This includes customized real estate solutions coming from his years of experience in the industry coupled with a real passion for customer service. From start to finish, he wants every person we interact with to know that they will receive special attention and care. The most rewarding thing in his life is to give people more opportunities to do what matters most to them and support them in that process. When Justin isn't helping sellers and fixing houses, he enjoys being outside on his farm, baling hay in the summer, gardening, chasing kiddos around and tending to all the animals.
