Description
We need a handyman or someone with make ready experience.
Small apartment complex has general repairs and maintnence work. Hours vary depending on needs. Typically, 5-40 hours each week.
Pay is 15-20 an hour contract.
You must have reliable transportation and the ability to pick up items from hardware store as needed.
Experience in painting, general repairs etc.
Sheetrock experience preferred but not required.
