Painting, carpentry, sheetrock, flooring, light electrical and plumbing, roofing, gutters, cleaning and as many all-around handyman skills as possible. Must have skills, experience, some tools, drivers license, transportation, strong work ethic, honesty and integrity, and ability to work independently and without supervision. No alcoholics, drug users, or convicted felons. Jobs by the hour or by the job. Owner provided all materials and above-average compensation.
