Found Dog

Grand Ave near Chamberlain st, Rochester NY

Description

Found a lost dog in the 100 block of Grand Ave. every attempt to approach or catch the dog have failed so far. It appears to be friendly, has a collar, can’t see tags. I’ve included screenshots from my security camera.
