I'm a 47 year old male in Virginia Beach looking for a room to rent. My budget is $500-$700 a month. I lived at my previous address over seven years and paid on time every month. My former landlord said she would be a great reference for me. Unfortunately I have a charge from 2012 that has prohibited me some from finding stable housing. I'm looking for in the Kempsville area of Virginia Beach.
